The Mental Health System is supposed to help us Heal. Some of us are harmed instead.

I am Malene, and I survived that harm. This space exists because I am not the only one – and because survivors deserve better.

Between Trust and Trauma is Mutual Aid and support, public accountability, and a demand that trauma informed care become real, not just a marketing claim.

We support Survivors. We call out institutional harm. We push for change. Nothing Fancy. Just truth, community and refusal to stay silent.

For those who have been harmed like me – I am sorry, you deserved better. I want this to be your home.
