Kenna, Ing and Lys – Come Meet The Trio

To help me narrate and create visual effects or video’s about these topics I created Kenna, Ing and Lys; all three of them grounded in Norse Mythology.

Kenna is my fire breathing, Mother dragon. Her name is derived from the Rune Kenaz which is clarity and light in darkness; Kenaz is also related to the fierce Goddess Freya. Kenna has had enough of the harm done, and she is here to put a stop to ridiculousness. When Kenna appears, you can be certain the topic relates to accountability.

Ing is my elf. Ing is from the rune Ingwaz, which is directly related to the God Freyr, who is Freya’s sister. Freyr is the King of the elves, he is smart, deeply related to the forest, and a born leader. When Ing appears, then the topic is educational in nature.

Lys, sweet little Lys, she is Kenna’s daughter, and when she appears the topic is vulnerable. Lys means light in Danish and in Norwegian. Lys talks about the harm done to us, with no apologies and no distortions – the pure story of harm stand on its own, and Lys is here to help tell it.
